Therapy outside

I offer sessions outdoors at various locations near Bath. Working outside allows us to feel our shared connection to the land and nature co-creates our sessions. This way of working is ideal if you enjoy being outside. It is also great if you prefer movement to sitting still or can find face to face contact too intense. During sessions we might ‘walk and talk’, find somewhere to stay still, or both – this flexibility can be very powerful.

Therapy online

I also offer sessions online or by phone for those who live further away or would prefer to work remotely.
This can be a very convenient and flexible option if you don’t have the time to spend travelling to a location away from home. You might prefer to have sessions from the comfort of your own home, or have the opportunity to access sessions elsewhere.

Flexible options

Life is often full and complicated and a 50-minute session at the same time every week will not work for everyone. I offer flexible session lengths and timing, so we can figure out a structure that works for you. This could include a mixture of in-person and online sessions.
